It can occur for a variety of reasons, including water retention, poor nutrition, poor physical activity, poor blood circulation, hormonal dysfunction, and heredity.

The best cellulite therapy is prevention, which requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle: no to smoking, alcohol, sedentary lifestyle; yes to constant physical activity. Prevention should begin in adolescence, when cellulite first appears.

Did you know that

We all know that, to combat cellulite, it is necessary to reduce the amount of sodium in the diet, but perhaps we do not all know exactly how to do it; it is not enough, in fact, to slightly salt the dishes. Here, then, are some tips:

  • Limit the consumption of cured meats, sausages, cheeses and all those preserved foods that contain salt;
  • Limit, in general, the consumption of ready meals and packaged foods;
  • Always read carefully the labels of the foods you buy: there are unsuspected foods that contain a lot of sodium, for example different types of breakfast cereals;
  • Enhance the flavor of foods by using crafty seasonings, for example apple vinegar or wine, herbs and spices.
