    The VO2max PREDICTIVE TEST is able to predict the maximum oxygen consumption of a subject based on the time it takes to complete a certain distance on foot.


    Note: as decimal separator use the point and not the comma; for example enter 5.5 in the distance box to specify 5 kilometers and 500 meters.


    ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS: enter the distance traveled in kilometers and the time taken to estimate your VO2max in the appropriate spaces.
