Apricots they are fruits that are allies of skin, heart and eyes, widely used in the food, cosmetic and phytotherapeutic fields. Rich in beta-carotene, lycopene, and fiber, apricots are strong antioxidants, useful against free radicals, for weight loss and for controlling hyperglycemia.



Pineapple it is a fruit of tropical origins, an ally of tissues, bones and digestive system. Rich in protein, in particular bromelina, it also has important diuretic properties useful for solving water retention and cellulite problems. Furthermore, pineapple is recommended in case of localized inflammation and pain because it acts on the blood vessels, reducing vasodilation.



The watermelon, typically summer fruit of the Cucurbitaceae family, it is an excellent ally of the diet, because it has very few calories (about 20 per 100 g of pulp) but a high satiating power. Watermelon is a fruit thirst-quenching, diuretic and purifying, which is good for the liver, kidneys and is useful against the typical fatigue of summer.



Bananaare fruits rich in phosphorus, vitamins, potassium and fiber. In particular, the B vitamins contained in the banana are particularly important because they facilitate the elimination of toxins and ensure the good health of hair, nails and skin (B2); and are essential for the regulation of sex hormones (B6).



The cherries they are greedy fruits, allies of skin and heart. Rich in flavonoids, the cycles also have purifying, diuretic, detoxifying and thirst-quenching properties. They also contain malic acid, able to stimulate the activity of the liver.

Strawberries, allies of reni, blood, metabolism and brain, are fruits rich in nutrients and low in calories. They have a diuretic, refreshing and purifying action and are rich in minerals and vitamins, in particular phosphorus, iron, calcium and vitamins A, B1, B2 and C.



Jujubes, or Chinese date, are the fruits of the Ziziphus jujuba Mill plant. of the Ramnaceae family. Native to North Africa and Syria, jujube has a flavor similar to that of apples which gradually becomes sweeter as the fruit ripens. In herbal medicine, dried jujubes are used against symptoms of depression, asthenia, irritability and physical and mental fatigue. 



Raspberries they are allied fruits for the respiratory tract, intestines, blood vessels, skin and mood. Used to regularize the menstrual cycle and solve menopausal disorders, they contain minerals and vitamins, and are low in sugar and calories (therefore suitable for those with blood sugar problems). 



And lemons they are fruits rich in vitamin C and therefore excellent allies of the immune system. Citric acid and the citrates they contain are natural acidity regulators. Lemons are also rich in B vitamins, which are important for nervous balance, nutrition and skin balance.



Apples they are allied fruits of the intestine, brain, heart, lungs, teeth. They contain only 38 calories per 100g of pulp and are rich in fiber, that the sluggish intestine; nitrogen, useful for recovering from intellectual fatigue; fluoride, essential for the health of the teeth. 



The melon it is a low-calorie fruit with a high satiating power. With its refreshing, diuretic and thirst-quenching action, it is slightly laxative. Excellent ally of the bones, thanks to the content of phosphorus and calcium, the melon is also useful for tanning, thanks to the presence of beta-carotene.



Blueberriesblack (Vaccinium myrtillus) or red (Vaccinum vitis idea), are fruits of action antioxidant e inflammatory, and widely used especially in the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections and, in particular, cystitis.



Le More they are wild (Rubus ulmifolius) or cultivated (Rubus canadensis) fruits, belonging to the Rosaceae family. Rich in anthocyanins and flavonoids, two antioxidant substances, blackberries have properties diuretics, thirst-quenching and purifying. Thanks to their action, they help keep arteries clean and are therefore valid allies in cardiovascular prevention. 



Le pears (Pyrus communis) are fruits rich in calcium and boron, able to hinder osteoporosis and lower the level of cholesterol in the blood. The peel contains numerous fibers, useful for facilitating intestinal transit. In addition, pears are allies of the brain and improve the alertness and the ability to preserve memories.



Peaches they are allied fruits of Fr.exo, the immune system, bones, teeth, skin, and heart. With a refreshing and thirst-quenching action, peaches also have diuretic and slightly laxative properties and are useful against constipation, kidney stones and cellulite. 



The plums they are fruits consumed both dry and fresh. There are several varieties, in particular, the yellow-skinned plum is the one with the highest fiber content, while the red-skinned plum is the richest in antioxidants. Thanks to their content of vitamins and mineral salts, plums are useful against fatigue. 



I ribes they are fruits rich in vitamins and trace elements. In particular, black currant contains citric acid, malic acid, flovonoids and anthocyanins. Currants have an astringent, diuretic, purifying and refreshing action and are protective against the retina, vessels and capillaries.
