apricots

Apricots they are fruits that are allies of skin, heart and eyes, widely used in the food, cosmetic and phytotherapeutic fields. Rich in beta-carotene, lycopene, and fiber, apricots are strong antioxidants, useful against free radicals, for weight loss and for controlling hyperglycemia.


 

Ananas

Rich in protein, in particular bromelina, it also has important diuretic properties useful for solving water retention and cellulite problems. In particular, the B vitamins contained in the banana are particularly important because they facilitate the elimination of toxins and ensure the good health of hair, nails and skin (B2); and are essential for the regulation of sex hormones (B6).
