apricots

Apricots they are fruits that are allies of skin, heart and eyes, widely used in the food, cosmetic and phytotherapeutic fields. Rich in beta-carotene, lycopene, and fiber, apricots are strong antioxidants, useful against free radicals, for weight loss and for controlling hyperglycemia.


 

Ananas
