Pineapple it is a fruit rich in active principles with fibrinolytic action. These, acting at the level of the blood vessels, are able to reduce vasodilation and excessive permeability of the capillaries, thus intervening on inflammation or localized pain.



The oranges they are fruits rich in vitamin C and low in calories (34 per 100 grams). They are well known for their action on the immune system (they act against viruses and bacteria), contain pectin and are antioxidants against free radicals.



Avocado it is a fruit rich in calcium and potassium, fiber and monounsaturated fats. It is recommended in diets because it has the ability to quickly rebalance the level of LDL cholesterol, and because it is useful for the entire cardiovascular system and to regulate blood pressure.
