AT BREAKFAST
A coffee, a 150ml cup of milk with 30g of muesli. 2 times a week, breakfast at the bar with coffee and croissants.


IN THE MID MORNING
A bunch of grapes.

AT LUNCH
A plate of Potato dumpling with tomato sauce, a salad of chickpeas (140 g if canned), celery and white turnip.

THE SNACK
A pear.

AT DINNER
Strips of chicken (120g) stir-fried with peppers and curry, rye bread (70g), radicchio and fennel salad.


DAILY BASIS
