Certainly people suffer, they are sick, they are hurt ...

Each person, on the basis of their own pattern of values with respect to life, relationships and the world, decides how to behave and how to act. We also decide how to think and this, of course, can affect our feelings. Sometimes, totally unconsciously, we put ourselves in a vicious circle from which we cannot get out and where each time we find more suffering and unhappiness.

When things don't happen as you would like, you can suffer from it. Suffering can block us, paralyze us and complain about how everything is going wrong with us.

In this way, you will feel a victim of everything that happens. Feeling like this convinces that nothing can be done about it, that everything is forbidden, that it is not worth trying for anything… This attitude fuels suffering, helplessness. You can go on like this indefinitely, worse and worse and with more anguish.

It may happen that things do not go well, but it is also true that they can change.

However, if we continue to behave the same way over and over again, we are likely to get the same results over and over again.

To stop suffering, I have to break the vicious circle in which I find myself and which keeps my suffering alive ...
To stop suffering, I have to change my way of thinking and my defeatist, pessimistic and negative attitudes, which prevent me from moving, advancing and finding solutions ...
To stop suffering, the keys are only in my hands; I have to change everything that doesn't work, looking for different and more creative solutions ...
To stop suffering, I have to propose it again, I have to want it and I have to commit myself ...
To stop suffering, I have to accept the reality that I have to live, being an active part of it, proposing solutions, looking for new ways out ...
To stop suffering, I have to get out of my comfort zone, which is the known, the same as always, because it is making me suffer ...
To stop suffering, I have to change and then what happens to me will change ...
To stop suffering, I have to explore, risk new things, project new ideas, discover a different world ...
To stop suffering, I have to overcome laziness, walk, get up, go out, force myself and find strength even when it seems that they are not there ...

All the people who have chosen to stop suffering know what it means; all of them one day decided to embark on a new path and discovered that when you stop suffering, you start living. Have the courage to stop suffering.
