    For those who are on a diet but don't want to give up the taste of one greedy dessert or one afternoon snack stop hunger, your Verdiana has prepared one quick and easy banana mousse to prepare, ideal for vegans and for those who want to save the figure without mortifying the palate!


    Ingredients for two large cups:
    • 2 large, very ripe bananas
    • half a glass of water (to flavor it more you can replace the water with a glass of soy or almond milk)
    • 35 g of corn starch
    • the juice of half a lemon
    • a teaspoon of cinnamon
    • two teaspoons of brown sugar
    • two tablespoons of raisins

    Peel the bananas and cut into slices, put them in a saucepan over medium heat, add half a glass of water and stir until the banana pieces have wilted.


    At this point, turn off the heat, blend the bananas, add the lemon juice and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Then add thecornstarch and mix vigorously with a whisk - to avoid the formation of lumps - until the powder has dissolved completely in the fruit mixture.


    At this point, put the saucepan back on the stove, stir and boil for 5-6 minutes, continuing to mix, then add the brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon, stir for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
    Once warm, pour your banana mousse into the cups, let it cool completely, then put it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
