The properties of strawberries

Strawberries are diuretic, refreshing, purifying and rich in nutrients. I contain iron, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamin C.

There are low in calories and rich in fiber; they also contain xylitol, a substance capable of preventing halitosis and the formation of dental plaque.

Strawberries yes, but only organic

Buy organically grown fruit it's always a good idea but even more so for strawberries. Strawberries, in fact, are among the fruits with the highest pesticide residue: being destined to grow close to the ground, they are therefore more exposed to attack by parasites and insects and it is above all for this reason that industrial production makes a massive use of pesticides.

Bio is better, especially when we offer them to children.

The properties of cherries

Cherries contain vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. They are a source of protein and carbohydrates. Like all red fruits, they boast a good content of flavonoids, substances with antioxidant properties.

They are diuretic, purifying, detoxifying and thirst-quenching. Thanks to the presence of malic acid they stimulate the activity of the liver. They are rich in melatonin, a substance that promotes regular sleep patterns.

They have important laxative qualities and, for this reason, they are not recommended for children under the age of three as, in the smallest, could cause diarrhea.
