Risotto with melon is a fresh and very summery dish.


Ingredients for people 4:
> 320 grams of risotto rice
> 5 or 6 slices of melon
> a clove of garlic in a shirt
> a liter of vegetable broth
> half a glass of dry white wine
> extra virgin olive oil
