Who has the courage? A brave person can be defined as someone who gets up every morning and gives his best. Who, despite everything, continues to smile and overcome everything that happens to him. Those who do not expect a particular reason to give their best and make the world their own. He is courageous who continues to trust others, despite the disappointments suffered.

Courageous are those who recognize and face their fears, aware of how the chosen attitude can multiply or, vice versa, reduce one's strength. They are brave and have the world at their feet, because every day they try to discover something new about themselves.

Courageous people who move forward, despite being surrounded by envious people or by dozens of "no" who walk by their side. But do you know what the positive aspect is? That these people manage to drag the whole world with them. They drag us along because they have the strength and the desire to achieve everything, sometimes well, sometimes badly, but still carrying it forward. They drag us into their contagious desire to make the world their own.

One cannot fail to be enchanted by the people who try and live. Those of the famous "carpe diem", now or never, those who say something and do it. Each day is unique and unrepeatable, and they have the courage to live it as such.

Resilience as a way of life

Resilience is a person's ability to overcome adversity and continue with their life, even when circumstances push them to do the opposite.. This could be the most apt definition of the term resilience, even if it would be an understatement to stop here. Those who succeed in what he wants despite fears, doubts or the memory of what he once promised to do, but then he hasn't done anymore: these people are courageous and resilient.

Resilience is about courageous people who make the world around them a familiar environment, those who know how to talk about their pain to heal from it, even if it can hurt at first, just like when disinfecting a wound.

Resilience is just a generic name, a formal definition, but we all have a personal story and we know it's not easy. Despite all the adversities, however, it is worth going on, always, because the joy that will ensue will be worth even more.

What must we do to have courage?

Fear protects us and causes us to think twice about things. Let's listen to her, but let's also make her understand that behind our comfort zone there can be better, perhaps. Maybe it won't be like this, but if we don't open that door, we'll never know what's behind it.

Let's cling to concrete things, leaving aside the rest; we live every day in the best possible way, we don't wait for the weekend. We do not wait for retirement to travel, nor for everything to be stable to take risks. We don't wait too long to learn to dance, or to go for a run or to go for a drink with our friends. The time is ours, we must learn to build and decorate it.

We say "I love you" as often as we can, kiss and hug, we don't miss any opportunities. There are trains that go by all the time, we have seen them come back ... and you too. We follow our dreams and begin to walk, to make mistakes, to understand. This, and no other, is the attitude of the brave: people who have the world at their feet.
