Supplements for children: what is really needed?

Supplements are supplements that serve our body and come to our aid when we are without them. Abusing supplements, whether natural or not, is never a good thing, especially at an early age. Supplements for children: where do we find them in nature?

In homeopathic medicine, too tuja, eleuterococco and uncaria they are used to assist in case of tonsillitis, ear infections, pharyngitis, recurrent bronchitis. Let's not forget the diet: broccoli, spinach, citrus fruits, fish, cereals, legumes and meat to favor an adequate intake.
