Have you ever had one of those times when you have so many things to do and so many things go wrong, that all you want to do is explode ?! Welcome to the club of stressed!

Whether it's surviving your next exam or completing a major work project, if you're stressed out, you can never give 100%.

In the past I have already told you about what are the 7 strategies I adopt when I am stressed; the first strategy I suggest is to make your life easier. Stressful periods, as much as we may hate them, are an excellent opportunity to understand what is superfluous in our life and start cleaning up. In this article you will find 15 little habits to beat stress, making your life a little easier:

    1. Breathe. Breath is the link between our mind and our body. When we are stressed we take short and frequent breaths; conversely, when we are relaxed, our breaths are slow and deep. The next time you feel stressed, focus on your breathing for a few minutes, using your abdomen to inhale and exhale. If you want to deepen this habit, read this article in which I talk about diaphragmatic breathing.
    2. Usa una to-do list. We are often stressed out because we feel we have to do 1.000 things, even if we don't know exactly which ones. Getting into the habit of using a to-do list helps us clear our minds and better organize our activities.
    3. Plan your day. Taking 5-10 minutes in the evening to take stock of activities to complete the next day is one of those little habits that can have a big impact on your life.
    4. Keep a personal journal. There are at least 7 good reasons to keep a personal diary; my favorite? In order not to lose any idea: our brain was born to create and develop ideas, not to do the warehouse! When you have an idea, write it in your diary, clear your mind and move on to the next one.
    5. Do one thing at a time. Ah… multitasking! Everyone applauds it without realizing that they are its slaves. You don't care what others think and try to do one thing at a time: you will rediscover the flavor of individual activities and the pleasure of getting lost in them. (
