The garlic it is an excellent food for the prevention of flu, skin diseases and colds. Known for its disinfectant properties, it is also useful for the intestine thanks to its digestive and carminative actions.


The asparagus they are vegetables with a diuretic effect useful for fighting water retention. They contain few calories but have a high satiety index. They contain saponins, polyphonols and potassium, thanks to which they are excellent allies of the heart and muscles in general.


Swiss chard (Beta vulgaris cicla), is a vegetable with a refreshing and diuretic action, rich in minerals and vitamins. Useful in case of cystitis and kidney diseases, chard is also recommended in the diet against constipation and as a prevention in the development of tumor diseases.


The artichoke it is a useful food for the cardiovascular system because it has a cholesterol-lowering action. With a known beneficial action for the liver, artichokes cause an increase in bile flow and are very suitable in the diet of diabetics.



Le carrots they contribute to the absorption of liquids in the intestine and protect the cardiovascular system. The presence of flavonoids and carotenes makes carrots precious foods for the production of vitamin A and to keep the eyes healthy.


The cabbages (Brassica oleracea L.), with an anti-inflammatory action, contain substances such as thiooxazolidones, with an antithyroid effect, and sulforaphane, which has a protective effect against intestinal tumors. Useful in case of cystitis and gastric ulcers, cabbages are allies of the immune system.


The chickpeas they are legumes rich in magnesium, calcium and phosphorus, allies of the heart and the cardiovascular system. Chickpeas are also used for the control of blood pressure and the level of cholesterol in the blood. 


Onion it is a vegetable with an antibiotic action, useful for normalizing the intestinal flora. Useful for the health of the kidneys and the cardiovascular system, onion stimulates digestion and metabolism. 


Chives, rich in vitamin C, potassium and phosphorus, it is useful for heart health. In fact, it has cardiotonic and blood circulation stimulating properties, but it is also used to stimulate appetite and produce gastric juices.



The beans they are legumes rich in fribre, mineral salts and vitamin A, widely used in cooking, to control the accumulation of fat in the blood and cholesterol levels. 



Broad beans they are very nutritious and low in heat legumes, rich in iron and vitamin C. They can be eaten both fresh and dried and thanks to the presence of levodopa, they are used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.


The fennel it is a vegetable with a purifying and anti-inflammatory action, rich in anethole, able to act on painful abdominal contractions and avoid the formation of intestinal gas.


The lettuce is a vegetable that has the ability to rehydrate the human body. From its base it extracts a whitish latex, also called lattucario, which has modest sedative properties.


Lentils they are legumes with excellent antioxidant properties. Rich in flavonoids, niacin and thiamine, they help concentration and memory. Not containing gluten, lentils are suitable in the diet for celiacs.



Potatoes, rich in potassium and vitamins, are useful foods in case of diabetes and against free radicals. With a high energy value, potatoes are able to counteract inflammation of the digestive system, sunburn and to moisturize the skin. 


Peas, low in fat and calories, are foods suitable for low-calorie and low-fat diets. Rich in iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin C, vitamin PP, they are useful in case of constipation.


Leek is a detoxifying and moisturizing food, useful for the cardiovascular and circulatory system. Very useful for its action regulation of cholsterol levels in the blood helps to destroy LDL cholesterol ("bad cholesterol"). 



The radishes (Raphanus sativus) are vegetables useful for liver and kidney health, relaxation of muscles and the nervous system. Rich in iron, calcium phosphorus, B vitamins, vitamin C and folic acid, they have diuretic and purifying properties. 



The shallot it is a vegetable that is good for nails and hair, thanks to the presence of silicon. With an important antioxidant action, it is rich in vitamins and contains quercetin and kaempferol, two substances that produce hallucin, useful in case of lung, stomach, colon and breast cancer.



The celery (Apium graveolens) is a vegetable useful for brain health and its juice can be used against rheumatism. Rich in minerals and vitamins (C, K, B and E), celery has a diuretic and purifying action. 


Spinaches are useful vegetables against constipation. Rich in vitamin A, folic acid and nitrate, it is able to increase muscle strength and contribute to the well-being of the retina and eyes.
