Ingredients:
> a jar of whole yogurt,
> an egg,
> 150 grams of whole cane sugar,
> 300 grams of type 1 flour,
> a sachet of brewer's yeast,
> one of vanillin,
> 3 tablespoons of milk,
> 5 tablespoons of puffed rice,
> 100 grams of grated white chocolate.



Preparation: with an electric mixer work the yogurt with the sugar, the egg, the vanilla and the milk; then add the sifted flour and baking powder, then the puffed rice and the chocolate.

Fill the muffin molds, bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing the muffins from the molds.

ingredients:
> a finely chopped onion,
> a small grated courgette,
> a couple of eggs,
> parmesan,
> 150 grams of puffed rice,
> sale,
> pepe,
> fresh mint

Preparation: chop the onions and add the courgette, then add the eggs, salt and pepper and finally mix with the puffed rice. Leave to rest for half an hour in the fridge, then remove and form the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes, sprinkling with a little oil and turning the meatballs once. Serve piping hot.
