  • 200 g of ripe banana pulp
  • 50 g of whey protein
  • 80 g almonds
  • 20 g of bitter cocoa

Materials Needed

  • Baking tray with dimensions of 20 x 15 cm

  • Paletta


  1. Collect the almonds in the container of a pressure blender: blend intermittently until a doughy mixture is obtained.
  2. Peel the ripe bananas, cut them into slices and add them to the chopped almonds. Add the unsweetened cocoa and blend again to obtain a creamy mixture.
  3. Pour the cream into a bowl and mix with the hazelnut-flavored whey protein.

Some alternatives
As an alternative to almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts can be used.
The nutty-flavored whey protein can be substituted with banana, vanilla or cocoa flavored proteins. For the vegan version, we recommend replacing the milk proteins with pea or soy protein.

  1. Spread the dough into a 20 x 15 cm rectangular pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (mode: ventilated) for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and cut the cake into square or rectangular pieces.
  3. Store the protein brownies in the fridge and use within 3 days.
