Going on a diet for the fall, then, is never easy and therefore limiting yourself to nutrition this season may not be a winning idea. But how do you do if the relaxation of summer and holidays has brought a few extra pounds?

Keeping excess weight is certainly not good, especially for health reasons, but it is not necessary to make drastic sacrifices; it is in fact possible to lose weight by eating. But how? Here are some tips to help you make your fall diet a success.


Exercise and diet for the fall

Does not exist diet that works without this being associated withincreased physical activity. Don't give up on sports in the fall, indeed, remember that fall is the best time to enroll in gym; the courses, in fact, almost all begin at this time of the year.

Before starting in the fourth grade and then regretting having registered, it is good to choose a sports center near your home or office and make sure that hours are flexible and adapted to your needs: comfort helps motivation and therefore the achievement of the goal. It is also useful for the gym to have a variety of equipment and ideally offer awide choice of courses; in this way it is possible to personalize the training but also to avoid boredom.

If you have the time, go to personally visit, maybe after a first look on the net, in the event that the structure is present online. Get an idea about the instructors, try to understand if there is a healthy atmosphere.

Here three: thoughts that increase motivation when choosing a diet for fall:

  1. Going on a diet means taking care of your own health. If I follow a proper diet I will feel better and it will be easier to get back into the rhythm this fall.
  2. Going on a diet doesn't mean giving up everything that's good. You can also lose weight by eating and you don't have to lose weight quickly. If I go on a diet in the fall and slowly lose the extra pounds, I will be in better shape next summer than ever.
  3. Going on a diet means taking care of your body. If I lose the extra pounds I will feel more attractive; a different haircut and a new dress will do the rest.


Foods to be included in the diet for autumn

Even in the case of the fall diet, when it comes to the weight loss diet, DIY is never a good idea. Before embarking on a restrictive diet, it is therefore a good idea to contact a dietician or nutritionist.

Having said that, however, we must learn to eat correctly and a diet for autumn cannot be separated from consumption of fruit e seasonal vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, artichokes, pumpkins, cabbage, spinach, apples, kiwi el paeseni, pomegranates etc. should never be missing on our tables.

The vegetables, of course, will be cooked in a simple way, preferably al steam, without the addition of fatty seasonings, with the exception of a teaspoon of olive oil.

Autumn fruit, even very sugary ones, is fine, as long as it is in season (grapes, lotuses ...) and as long as you don't overdo the quantities.
