Nutrition to combat dandruff

The diet to combat dandruff is first of all healthy and balanced. The diet must therefore contain all the nutrients that the scalp and hair need to keep fit. It is therefore advisable to consume legumes and lots of it seasonal fruit and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins and minerals.

It is also appropriate limit the consumption of foods rich in fat, for example cured meats, fried foods, cream, ready meals or non-low-fat cheeses. Whole grains are preferred over refined ones. The honey and brown sugar they are more suitable than white sugar.
