    • 3 rusks with honey flavored with cinnamon essential oil (3 drops in 250 g of honey).

    • 1 unsweetened herbal tea or 1 coffee.

    Snack

    • 1 glass of apple carrot and celery extract with 1 drop of fennel essential oil.


    Lunch

    • Artichoke sautéed with orange and yellow pepper, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil flavored with essential oil of orange and vanilla (2 drops each).

    • 70 g of basmati rice with courgettes, leeks, peas and extra virgin olive oil flavored with cardamom essential oil (3 drops).

    Snack

    • Avocado flavored with 2 drops of lemon essential oil.

    Price

    • Baked white fish with diced tomatoes dressed with extra virgin olive oil and 3 drops of oregano essential oil.
