The man who started living seriously inside himself,

start living more seriously outside.

Who we are and what we want

As social individuals, we are taught that it is good to define ourselves, think, struggle, make our presence felt… live life to the fullest.

But how can a person do this without first knowing himself? How is it possible to live life in a coherent and new way at the same time? What do we have to commit ourselves to and what, instead, let it go?

Muhammad Ali, speaking of his way of fighting in the ring, said that "he flew like a butterfly and stung like a bee". This phrase did not refer only to his activity as a boxer, but was also a life motto for him.

Ali believed that both in the ring and in life he should adopt a synchronized and docile movement, rhythmic, but without forcing the times..

He was convinced that he could learn something from every experience of life to integrate it into his way of being, but without ever forcing himself or forcing himself to internalize something that was not entirely clear in his reasoning and in his way of feeling.

This, however, contrary to what they teach us, is not indecision, lack of character or indifference.

More than anything else it is an inner work that requires great commitment and time, up to the consequences that the person in question can consider really valid.

Only in this way can we fly like a butterfly, observing, recording and analyzing the different situations that happen around us. To then be safe and passionate in the important moments that determine our value.

And sting like bees, with good aim, without serious damage, but with an indisputable mission.

How to achieve a good attitude towards life?

Flying like a butterfly and stinging like a bee is a way of life that frees us from mental pressures.

It calls us to order, to follow the passion, which is why we are here. Only each of us can know if he really pays attention to his own history and vocation.

To be able to live and behave in this way, as in boxing, even in life you need to follow a series of tricks or advice:

- Do not engage in the battles that will take away so much energy without bringing you any answer.

Even if you think that fighting for a specific reason is right, you should also ask yourself if you can be useful, revolutionary and constant.

If you have any doubts about it, then it is better not to internalize this struggle, because some external struggles can turn into battles against oneself..

Get away, but always be on the alert in case your help can really make a difference. Remember: be like butterflies.

- Choose your passions, not just your goals.

If you choose a passion in life and put all your effort into cultivating it, the points you focus on will be seen more as a prize to be won than as a sacrifice or things you have to give up.

Be like butterflies, visualize your goals clearly.

- A goal will never be enough if your passion is not great and sincere.

Set goals for the short term, but also for the medium and long term. Only in this way can you continue to feed your dreams.

Try to reach them and realize them. Be like the bees.

- Don't make your world trip an exhibition of victimhood or greatness.

Just be yourself, with your flaws and talents, with your extraordinary abilities.

Always keep in mind the lessons that life has given you, not those of others… Only in this way will you be able to draw conclusions that are valid for you, without the intention of making them universal for the rest of the world.

Define yourself as being deeply individual, yet empathetic at the same time.

You will shine with your own light. You will be able to be butterflies and bees without even realizing it.
