Chocolate muffins: the vegan recipe

    Chocolate muffins: the vegan recipe

For the series "when it takes it takes!" and especially for those who believe that vegans cannot enjoy omnivorous "delicacies" ... vegan muffins are excellent with tea, perfect for breakfast, for a snack, to offer to colleagues on break and to take to work, perfect for parties and for children, excellent in diets because unlike non-vegan ones they are very light but fantastically enjoyable, they are also very easy to do and really compact!

La chocolate muffin recipe it's more than easy ... it's for dummies ...

to 8 muffin vegan you need:

    • 100 g 00 flour
    • 50g of manitoba flour
    • 40 g potato starch,
    • 1 tablespoon of baking powder,
    • 100 g of cane sugar (or 130g of malt dissolved in 150ml of hot soy milk),
    • 40 g corn oil,
    • 150ml soya milk,
    • 100 g of dark chocolate flakes.

What do you have to do? ... put the solid ingredients in a bowl and the liquids in another bowl, then add them to make a dense mixture like cake dough, fill the cups that you have placed in the muffin pan (I hate the pastry bag and I use a very banal spoon!) and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about twenty minutes .... if you want to overdo it, prepare a chocolate cream to put on top (melting dark chocolate and pouring it over the cooked and already cold muffins ... enjoy! )

Tip: use the combination of molds and paper cups this will allow you to obtain beautiful tall and perfectly cooked muffins!

    Good muffins then!
