A recipe with cauliflower

Grated cauliflowers. It is a very simple recipe, ideal as a side dish, and low in calories.
ingredients:


  • a cauliflower,
  • bread crumbs,
  • olive oil,

  • parmesan.

Procedure: wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces and put it to cook in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes. Grease a baking dish with oil and line the bottom and edges with breadcrumbs. Pour in the cooked cauliflower, after having drained it well. Sprinkle with abundant breadcrumbs and a handful of Parmesan cheese; add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. To give this dish a more spicy taste, you can add a handful of black pepper.
