Bad days come by themselves, you have to look for the good ones!

“This morning I woke up before the alarm went off, nervous about everything I had to do. I have commitments to fulfill today. I am important. It's my job to decide what kind of day awaits me.

Today I can complain because it is raining, or I can thank the plants because they will water themselves. Today I can feel sad because I have no money left, or be happy because my finances force me to plan my expenses intelligently.

Today I can complain about my health, or rejoice because I am alive. Today I can blame everything my parents didn't give me while I was growing up, or feel grateful that they gave me life.

Today I can cry because roses have thorns, or celebrate that thorns have roses. Today I can feel sorry for myself because I don't have many friends, or get excited and throw myself into the adventure of establishing new relationships.

Today I can snort because I have to go to work, or jump for joy because I have a job. Today I can complain because I have to go to school, or open my mind and fill it with the new knowledge that will be given to me.

Today I can grumble about having to do housework, or feel honored to have a roof under which to shelter my mind and body. Today stands out in front of me and is waiting for me to give it a shape. I am his sculptor.

What happens today is up to me, I have to choose what kind of day awaits me.

Good day to all of you… Unless you have something different planned!"

Today is a good day to smile

We can all decide if we want to live an extraordinary life or, more simply, if we want our day to be not only good, but wonderful. It doesn't matter how long we've been walking along the path of mediocrity: we can always choose to change course. All time. It will never be too late to find our voice. - Stephen Covey

We all know that bad days come by themselves, so we have to go out and look for the good ones. Getting up on the right foot is a matter of responsibility. It is our decision because, even if everything seems to go wrong, we have to create the positive days ourselves.

If you had a bad day yesterday, make today's one better. Do not think that the bad times are your fault, there is nothing more wrong: life is a set of circumstances in a path that is not dotted with roses, but with brambles.

For this we must accept the fact that having a good day is largely a matter of attitude. That is to say that we are the ones who create the scenario in which we will take part, we can avoid getting angry all the time, we can be kind, avoid getting irritated and not put things off until later.

Even if there are days when it can be complicated, we can always reserve a kind gesture for our loved ones, go for a walk, play a sport, stop think negative and accept life as it presents itself to us, without opposing and without fighting against our emotions.

In summary, propose that today's day be wonderful, and try to create opportunities for it to be. To help you, today we want to share with you this beautiful video that will surely make you smile, because any dark day can light up suddenly:
