Thanks to its immunostimulating properties we can use aloe juice for raise the body's immune defenses and better defend ourselves from the attack of viruses and bacteria, thus preventing coughs, colds and other flu symptoms: for this purpose we will have to regularly take aloe juice starting from the first cold and continue during the winter months, suspending the intake for about ten about every thirty days.

We can then take the aloe juice for fill up on vitamins when we are not following a balanced diet or for replenish mineral salts lost during sports or in very hot weather, or in case of dysentery.
