1. Action or concern
One of the most important changes to make is to banish worry from your life. Worrying, even if unavoidable at times, is really useless. It is useless to dwell on an issue several times, making the same mental journey that leads us to a dead end and increases our anxiety.
Change your approach, so instead of worrying, pay attention. When an adverse situation arises, analyze it carefully and consider if there is a solution, whether you can do something about it or not. If there is, take action to change what you don't like.
If not, take action to control your mind. You did not allow yourself to enter an endless cycle of worries and brooding on the subject. Accept the reality of the facts, flow with it, learn and move on.
There is a direct correlation between the physical state and the mental state. When anxiety overwhelms you, sit back and breathe. Take slow, deep and diaphragmatic breaths and you will immediately feel a sensation of physical relaxation. Mental tension will decrease evenly.

Make sure your rest is sufficient in terms of quantity and quality. One of the most common manifestations of anxiety is insomnia, but the lack of sleep only aggravates the situation. Put your worries aside once and for all before going to bed.
Dedicating the last hours of the day to a relaxing and enjoyable activity takes your mind off the problems. You can't do anything today, you will take care of it tomorrow; prioritize sleep.
6. Live in the present to achieve inner peace
Live in the present it involves paying attention only to what is happening in the here and now. In other words, it means being in tune with the moment; be aware that everything outside of it simply does not exist except in our mind and imagination.
