3 Questions That Can Change Your Life

Our brain is a machine designed to generate responses. If you are able to ask the right questions, you will get the right answers.

3 Questions That Can Change Your Life

“Quality questions allow you to have a quality life. Successful people ask the best questions, and as a result they get the best answers. "

Anthony Robbins.

We often think that for change your life we would need: a higher salary, a bigger house, a new car, a new relationship, in short… something external that, like a magic wand, will transform our existence. Yet various scientific studies have shown that even the winners of the lottery, after an initial euphoria, return to normal if not to a worse life (dear luck… if you want, I'm ready to sacrifice myself for science! ;-)).

If it's not money, or in any case, external factors that really change our lives, what could it be? My answer is: a good question. Questions are great communication tools, and when we learn to ask ourselves good questions, they can literally change our lives.

Yes yes ... nice words, but ... what the hell are these questions ?! Here are 3 you should start getting yourself:

How can I afford it?

In this time of recession and economic crisis, we often say the phrase: “I can't afford it”. When we say this sentence, it is as if we automatically shut down the brain, without allowing it to do its job: find answers.

The next time you happen to say "I can't afford it", try replacing this phrase with the question: "How can I afford it?".

This simple question is worth the whole book by Robert T. Kiyosaki, "Rich Father Poor Father": to read.

What depends on me?

We often torture ourselves for things we have no control over: we continue to criticize our boss, our company, our neighbor, never focusing on how we can help solve the problem.

Try asking yourself: “what is up to me?”, What is within your sphere of control and what is out of your control? When facing any problem, use this question to understand what you need to focus on and what you need to stop worrying about!

What can I do right now?

There are dozens of time management techniques, but sometimes all it takes to better manage our time is a simple question: what can I do right now… that will have the biggest impact in my life? Keep repeating this question to yourself throughout the day and you won't need tomatoes or dials - focusing on this question will give you the opportunity to invest your time in the most important tasks.

And for you… what were the questions that changed your life?
