  7. Coffee : contains caffeine, favors the activation of adrenaline and noradrenaline making the body energetic, thanks to the dilation of blood vessels, the increase in the frequency and strength of the heartbeat;
  8. Cacao: contains theobromine, which in different percentages and modulations are more or less powerful in activating the nervous system.
  9. Ginseng: It is a tonic and stimulating natural remedy for our body, it is obtained from the roots of some perennial plants that belong to the Araliacee family. It is used to reduce tiredness and improve resistance to fatigue.
  10. Wheat germ: the intake of wheat germ is of great support in case of fatigue and nutritional deficiencies. The wheat germ is the embryo of the wheat and therefore contains in itself all the substances that the seedling will need to grow. It has high biological value amino acids, mineral salts such as calcium, iron, potassium and zinc, B vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin D and folic acid.
